Report a safety issue
If someone is harassing you, catfishing, or scamming, use the Report button on their profile or message. For urgent safety issues, also email us directly with subject line “URGENT SAFETY” and we'll prioritize it.
If you're in immediate danger, call 911 first.
Refunds
Event tickets are sold by the organizer, not by SinglesEvents. Refund requests should go to the organizer first. If the organizer is unresponsive or the event was cancelled with no refund, email us and we'll help.
Subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Organizer Plus) can be cancelled from your Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer prorated refunds.
Account issues
Forgot password: use the link on the login page.
Can't verify your email:the link expires after 24 hours. Just register again with the same email — we'll send a fresh link.
Want to delete your account:email us. We'll remove your personal content within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
For organizers
